If Power Saver is not fixed all clutch motors run continuously so that electricity consumption will be high at Same time always(it will support to exceed the TNEB maximum Demand and the penalty also will be charged by TNEB)
TNEB asked to reduce all factory power consumptions to 60 % from their normal usage. If exceed above their limits they will charge Rs. 18 per unit instired of at Rs.6 (3 times more) so for reduce the TNEB power consumption all owner run their Gensets and control the TNEB consumption. But it will also increase the unit cost due to the Genset diesel cost.
But if we fixed Power Saver, it reduces your electricity consumption up to 70% automatically. So there is no chance to exceed your limit at power utilization and no need to utilize Genset or afraid for TNEB.
