2 . it's ideal for pain and swelling caused by bumps, bruises and sprains, also for soothing muscle aches and stiffness and promote healing.

** use instruction :

1. clod therapy: store cold pack in freezer for at least 2 hours.
hot therapy: place pack in heated water for no more than 7 minutes. do not heat by microwave oven.

2 . elderly or persons with circulatory problems should not use any cold or hot therapy except as directed by a doctor.

3 . do not use heat therapy with external pain killing products.

4 . for external use only. adult supervision is needed for kid's application.
