- Use instruction :
1. Clod therapy: store cold pack in freezer for at least 2 hours. Hot therapy: place pack in heated water for no more than 7 minutes. Do not heat by microwave oven.
2. Elderly or persons with circulatory problems should not use any cold or hot therapy except as directed by a doctor.
3. Do not use heat therapy with external pain killing products.
4. For external use only. Adult supervision is needed for kid's application.
