1. Video Mails. This can be used to send videos links via email. This is called v mail i.e. video mail. This is an upcoming technology which is becoming extremely popular all over the world. This can be effectively used for e-brochures and e-promotions. You can send videos of events along with your e-newsletters.

2. Web Conferencing. This allows you to do web conferencing with 9 participants at a time. Only you need to purchase the software and the others can join you for the meeting. This is the same as video conferencing on the internet and can be used to host virtual meetings. This eliminates the time and cost of travelling required for meetings.

3. Web streaming. This allows you to put streaming video on your website. This video can be updated by you anytime without referring to the website provider. Multiple links for multiple videos can be incorporated in the website. These videos will not slow down your website as the videos are loaded when required.

4. Web Casting. This allows you to provide training to multiple participants at one go. Number of maximum simultaneous participants are 50. This is mostly used for training purposes or for broadcaster chairman speeches, etc. You can also broadcast live telecast of any event.
