- Application: 2 shafts auto exchange rewinding machine, suitable for rewinding various self-adhesive tapes. Specification: machine width: 1.3m,1.6m unwind diameter: 800mm max.

Feature: 1. Equipped with connected unwind base and web pulling out by jog motor control.

2 Equipped auto tension controller and surface type lay on roller on unwind base to make web wound out smoothly. 3 . Driven by 2 a.c motors, 1 for web feeding, 1 for rewind tension control which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shaft when the finished roll o.d is getting bigger. 4 Center type winding with surface pressure roller to rewind various materials on different requests. Optional part: 1. Unwind pick-up lift : for loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving. 2 Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base. 3 Safety cover: connected unwind safety cover, hydraulic control. 4 . Tabbing device :automatic tabbing on the web during the production. 5 Slitting device : able to be equipped with air score knife and trim removable unit for trimming at both sides and wide size slitting. 6 . The air for the rewind shafts will be automatically filled and leaked in the production. 7 . Material end cutting off and log roll wiping down are all applied automatically during the production and rewinding is finished.
