1. time study, capacity calculations, identify bottleneck operations, productivity improvement etc.

2. machine hour rates, manufacturing cost calculations and cost control / reduction.

3. process documentation - process flow diagrams (pfd), process charts, work instructions, process potential failure mode and effect analysis (pfmea) and production part approval process (ppap).

4. guidance for ISO 9001 certification, including process documentation, process audit, internal audit, corrective and preventive actions on audit findings, guidance / preparation for third party audit, etc.

5. valuation of plant and machinery, land & building required for pledging of assets for raising fund, asset value realization, audits etc.
