Qualifying Assets


Real Estate: Buildings, Houses, Towers, Condominiums, Hotels, Industrial Buildings or any building in general.

Undeveloped Land: Such as large Farms and other acreage for building on.

Mineral Deposits: Such as Gold Mines, Oil and Gas, Coal or other valuable deposits. Can be dormant or operating. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) or lease or private mineral lease accepted as long as they can assign the leased to the platform.

Extracted Minerals: Precious Stones, Precious Metals including concentrates

Other Assets: Such as high value Paintings, Sculptures and other similar assets with acceptable evaluation and stored in a secure/acceptable location. Also asset backed Bank Guarantees.

* all real estate assets cant have any liens on them.

Required Asset Value


Prefer 50m and up if below that than the other assets can be put into the compound till all the assets reaches that minimum amount to start the trade.
