We are manufacturers an exporters of mango, gauva and mixed fruit juices in 1 litre /500ml/250 ml packed in pet bottles. 1 litre (10000 bottles/day, 500 ml(8000 bottles/day),250 ml(7000 bottles/day) is our capacity.

Packing is 1ltr x 12 botles/ctn,500 ml x 20 botls/ctn, tray 500 ml, 12, 25o ml x 24.

We offer aseptic packing of 215kg barrel packing also with production 5tons/hour in canning 3.1 kg and 5.25 kg, packing 4 tons/hour.

We have the most modern automatic manufacturing plant with haccp program and we have the lab to check the final product for no. of key parameters like brix, acidity,ph and microbiological contamination, sensory evaluation of taste flavor and mouth feel.

The ingredients is treated at our water treatment plant and follows disinfection,passing thru multigrade sand filter, activated carbon purifier ion exhange softner and ro system to provide purified low tds(30ppm) water from the incoming well.sugar syrup is made by hot process followed by filterisation and transferred to beverage filtration tank. Pasteurization at 95'c holding time 30 seconds.
