Introduction HLT64-I-: One motor driving for each spindle, drum wind, output speed adjustable by inverter. The equipped power is 8.5kw. The 12guage united needle for both inner and outer rotating suitable for producing colors chain fancy yarn, hollow tape yarn. The especial needle can produce two colors spiral yarn and covered yarn.

HLT64-IA. All the cylinders are run by one motor, the equipped power is 3kw.

HLT64-II: One motor driving for each spindle, drum wind, output speed adjustable by inverter. The equipped power is 6.5kw. It can produce feather yarn without twist(5-20mm or 20-35mm must be mentioned when order). The longest feather is 35mm.

HLT64-IIA: All the cylinders are run by one motor, the equipped power is 3kw.

HLT64-III: One motor driving for each spindle. There are three systems of speed adjustable by inverter and one step system. And there are two winding types of ring spindle and drum. The equipped power is 11.4kw. All the technological parameters can be set, amended and saved by touching screen and PLC on the machine. Besides hollow tape yarn, it can produce all kinds of one color knot yarn , two colors knot yarn, section feather yarn, two colors covered yarn, and circle yarn etc.

HLT64-IIIA: All the cylinders are run by one motor, the equipped power of is 8kw.
