Extruder single screw and cylinders focus on extrusion process with carefully choosing the design (barrier, mad dock, spiral, and mixing pins) and material of construction to match a very broad range of applications.

Conical Twin-screws: Twin screw and cylinder focus is on providing high surface area and low shear screw designs that will optimize the homogeneity of the melt, maximize the productivity of the extruder, and provide long lasting life for both the screws and barrel.

Bimetallic Barrels for Wear Resistance : Supplies bi-metallic barrel for high corrosive and high abrasive materials. A layer of tungsten carbide alloy is pasted on the ID of the barrel using centrifugal casting process. The wear resistance layer greatly increases the life of barrels.

Screws and Barrels for Injection Molding Machines: Supplies bi-metallic barrel, feed screw, tip assembly, barrel adapter for injection moulding machines.
