Now the company has more than 310 staffs including 50 technicians. By using the useful software of Any casting, UG, Proe and so on, we can provide 3D building model for aluminum alloy casting bracket, casting process design, dynamic property analysis, casting process. Isimulation and calculation, handmade sample, mould sample and parts in bulk (including casting parts and machining parts). Additionally, we also possesses the capacity of testing of parts dynamic property and frame strength.

The company was certified with ISO9001:2000 , ISO14001:2400 and ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Management System.

We possess the domestic advanced CNC lathe(50 sets), import vertical-type manufacture center(24 sets), horizontal-type manufacture center(1 set), non-core grinder (3sets), die casting machine(12 sets), etc. In addition, we also brought in the overseas advanced equipments, such as leak testers, spectrograph, CMM, metallurgical phase microscope, X-ray test equipments, and so on.
