CONSTRUCTION

- CGMP Model with all Stainless Steel.
- Air diffuser chamber with large area for heat transfer.
- Each Product Bowl with view glass provided with separate Trolley.
- Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller with Push Button.
- Flameproof Motor can be provided.
Pneumatically operated uniform lifting of product bowl.
- Provision of multiple ports for spray nozzle for optimizing fluidization online sampling port in product bowl.
- Dehumidification of Inlet air.
- Optional AC frequency drive for Blower to control fluidization.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE
The atmospheric air is taken through micron filter by induced draft fan located on top. The clean air is heated either by Electric Heater or by Steam. The hot air is then made to pass through product, through specially designed draft tube & hot air flow canalized in such a way that product is fluidized. Filter mesh provided at the outlet of chamber, prevents any fine particles of product from escaping into atmosphere.
