1. Raw material structure : Shrinkable PVC, battery label use PVC/Metalic. PVC or only one layer PVC film or has laser colors.
2. Shrinkable range : TD 45-60% MD 1-3%
3. Thickness of PVC film : 30,35,40,45,50,55 micron.
4. Bottle label normally use 35,40,45 micron, neck label use 40,45,50 micron.
5. Sleeve label carton size : L 35 W 35 H 25 mm . 15000 25000pcs per carton.
6. Roll film(reel) carton size : L 51 W 51 H (it depends on the width of sleeve label), paper inner diameter is 6, automatic labeling machine always use 6 paper core, the outside diameter of roll film is less than 500mm.
7. Minimum order quantity : It depends on the size of label. The quantity variation permissible is more or less 10%
8. Colors : One color needs one cylinder to print.
9. Cylinder : USD75/cylinder.
10. Payment terms : T/T, 40% down payment and total cost of cylinder is advanced, the balance must be paid before delivery.
11. Delivery terms : EXW or FOB,CIF are accepted.
12. Packing method : To be supplied in bundle of sleeve, packed in thermo-cool sheets and use special anti-hot paper to wrap before packing and then into suitable transport-worthy box.
13. Packed label in store below 25, protected from sun,rain and dust.
