The chamber oven is a gas tight, electrically heated air circulation retort oven developed for debinding of ceramics and metallic powder injection molded parts according to the BASF CATAMOLD -method.

Max. Temp. 200 C Process retort made of acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4571.Four-sided heating for optimal temperature uniformity. Inside process gas circulation for uniform.

Safety device for operation with nitric acid.
Automatic nitrogen supply system with mass flow meter

Acid pump and acid vessel (provided by the customer) integrated in the system frame.

Non-wearing ceramic tray for uniform evaporation of the nitric acid.

Flame torch with flame monitoring for incinerating exhaust gas.
