NE-15 manufactured to food grade standards can chill 15L of liquid food out of the "Temperature Danger Zone" from 100°C to a cool and safe 35°C in just one easy step of less than 10 minutes. The 27 conducting tubes are professionally polish burnished, which not only facilitates heat transfer in an unparalleled speed but prevents food residue attaching to the equipment. Result of the survey from an authorized third party shows that the number of bacterial in the liquid food processed by our NE machine to 18 °C is lower than that in the liquid food at 95°C.
